One-On-One Fitness and Nutrition Consultations

During our one-on-one consultation, we’ll:

  • Discuss your health and fitness goals
  • Review recent nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle patterns
  • Address recent lab work (if completed) and how to modify your nutrition, exercise, and listyle habits to enhance your health
  • Develop a plan for the following two to four weeks

My choice of the word “consultation” is intentional. I do not consider myself a “coach” in the way nutrition coaches, health coaches, or life coaches see themselves.

Our sessions are intended to create a clear way forward. Following the session, it will be on you to do the work. I will not pull you along, or put a process in place to hold you accountable. What I’m saying is, I’m not interested in coddling clients, but I am confident that if they commit to doing the work we disucss, they will see great results.

After you place your order, you’ll be directed to a scheduling page and brief questionnaire. I normally use Facebook Messenger Video, but can also use FaceTime, Zoom, or another video call option if you prefer.

Following our session, I’ll send you a brief summary of our discussion and your expected “next steps.”
