Schiek Wrist Straps

When it comes to deadlifting, there’s only so far you can go with either using a “mixed grip,” or grabbing straps. If you’re not looking to win a powerlifting competition, the benefits of a mixed grip don’t outweigh the risks of a torn biceps tendon. This is when wrist straps make a huge difference, and these are my favorite straps to use.
