Nature’s Ultra CBD Oil Health Benefits
Cannabidiol (CBD) is the most concentrated cannabinoid in the cannabis plant. It’s also the second-most studied cannabinoid, after THC.
Research shows CBD is a neuroprotective antioxidant.* It also supports normal inflammatory levels, restful sleep, and supports a feeling of calm.*
Though cannabidiol offers a number of health benefits, it isn’t as effective as an isolated constituent as when it’s part of the whole hemp plant.*
However, using whole hemp oil, especially if it isn’t properly grown, creates a risk of THC ingestion.
To avoid the risk of including THC, while still providing a more comprehensive hemp-derived product, Nature’s Ultra combines their isolated CBD oil with specific Young Living essential oils.
Smart Specrum® is Nature’s Ultra’s and Young Living’s unique method of combining CBD with the right essential oils in the right concentrations for the most potent products.
The result is a potent cannabidiol-essential oil blend, available in two concentrations.

Quality and Purity
Nature’s ultra was one of the first hemp farms in the United States to be USDA organic certified. The CBD is grown on their own 1500-acre hemp farm in Colorado.
The oil is extracted with a proprietary CO2 extraction method, eliminating the need for harsh chemicals. It’s also tested multiple times for purity and efficacy. Not only is it tested in-house, but it’s also tested by a third party to ensure it contains pure CBD oil and 0% THC.
On top of all that, Nature’s Ultra cultivation practices are tested and approved by the Young Living Seed to Seal® standards.
The end result is pure and effacacious CBD oil combined with the purity and efficacy of Young Living Essential Oils, and products that delivery unmatched potency.
With these sorts of standards, anything else would be “second best.”
Frequently Asked Questions
The following are common questions about Nature’s Ultra CBD Oil, or CBD Oil in general. The answers are based on my knowledge and experience. They don’t necessarily reflect the perspective of Young Living or Nature’s Ultra.
Is CBD considered a “dietary supplement?”
No. As it stands today, the FDA has stated that CBD is not considered a “dietary supplement.” Though there is compelling evidence showing the health benefits of CBD, it is not allowed in dietary supplement formulas. That’s why you don’t see a supplement facts panel on these CBD oil products.
Hemp oil, on the other hand, is considered a dietary supplement. I realize that makes things a little confusing, but at the end of the day, I believe much of the red tape and conservative stances the FDA takes on are in our best interest. They protect us from companies who would sell products with illegal and unsafe compounds, and pass them off as health supplements.
If you’re a fan of CBD, just be patient as there are many questions the FDA needs to address before allowing CBD in nutritional supplement formulas.
What is the best time of day to use CBD Oil?
CBD tends to have a calming or relaxing effect, so it would be best to start by using it in the late afternoon and see how you respond.
In addition, the essential oils may also have an energizing or relaxing effect. Mint and cinnamon can be stimulating, whereas the citrus oils may have a more relaxing effect.
Should I start with a full dropper each day?
In my opinion, no. I’d recommend starting with about one-third of a dropper per day for a few days, then two-thirds for a few days, and then a full dropper. I also recommend starting with the 500 mg concentration, unless your doctor recommends you use more.
What are the benefits of the essential oils added to the cannabidiol?
Cannabis contains more than 80 compounds. While CBD alone provides health benefits, the other cannabinoids do as well. However, a full-spectrum cannabis oil increases the risk of containing THC.
That said, many of the other compounds found in cannabis are also found in the essential oils of other plants.
The essential oils added to the CBD oil in these formulas makes it more of a “broad-spectrum” cannabinoid product.
