- PREMIUM PROGRAMMING through a one-on-one, customized remote coaching and training program

Goals (In This Order)
- Develop better mobility
- Build muscle & improve body composition
- Increase strength
- Enhance conditioning
- Weekly training programs, including exercises with tutorial videos, recommended sets/reps, and ability to track each workout to measure progress.
- Goal-specific training blocks throughout the year to address specific aspects of fitness, help you avoid stagnation and reduce the risk of injury.
- Facebook group only for members of the program, which includes:
- Monthly lifestyle or nutrition challenges
- Weekly educational videos and written content
- Opportunity to ask questions, engage with your "teammates" and share and celebrate personal milestones
Program design takes into account varying levels of strength.
Frequency: 4-6 days per week
Strength workouts will be four days per week on most weeks. Optional workouts will be included outside of those, although for some training blocks, you may hit it up to six days for the week.
Program design goals and style of training will change throughout the calendar year. This program is designed to help you live with VIGOR.
Equipment: Barbells, dumbbells, squat racks, benches, bands or cables, some machines and kettlebells. In most cases, you'll be able to do an easy swap if you don't have what's recommended for a specific exercise, provided you have the basics available.
Workouts are delivered through the Train Heroic app (you'll get directions after you register). Discussions take place in the Vigor Facebook group.

- In our video-based consultations, I'll use Facebook Messenger video to chat with you "face to face." If that is impossible, we can use the phone.
- When you register for the 12-Week Custom Program or the 12-Week Custom Program Plus, we'll connect through Messenger texts once a week.
- For the 12-week programs, I use an app to deliver your fitness program. You'll need an iPhone or Android phone. The app works on both.
- Consultations/video sessions must be rescheduled at least 12 hours prior to the appointment or the appointment is forfeited.
