How To Restart A Program Or Modify The Start Date

The VIGOR Training program is ongoing. Once you enter the access code, you’ll see new training sessions in the app as I add them, in advance of the current date.

However, you might choose to do one of the other programs, which are set up for a specific period of time. For example, VIGOR Fundamentals is a 12-week program. At the end of your 12 weeks, you won’t see additional programs.

If you’d like to repeat a program

  • Open your app
  • Click on your initials in the lower right
  • Click on the gear icon in the top right
  • Click on Teams & Programs. You’ll see your program there, and be able to change the start date
