You’ll find answers to common questions related to your VIGOR Training app, membership, and account. If you can’t find an answer here, post it in the Facebook group and I’ll get it answered ASAP.
You received an email with the instructions for setting up your app right after registering. If you didn’t see it, check your junk or promotions folder.
If you still don’t see it, click the button below to request the setup instructions again. You should receive the email within ten minutes.
VIGOR Everyday Athlete and Strenth Athlete are training “teams,” which means they’re part of an ongoing training plan. There isn’t a specific start and end date for them. For others, such as VIGOR Training ACFT, Rags & Mud, AIT, etc., you do need to specify the start date.
If you made a mistake on the start date and wish to change it, follow these easy steps:
You can get notifications for everything from tomorrow’s training session to public comments from your teammates. To change your notifications:

Athlete-in-Training, phases 1 and 2 are 12-week programs. Once you’ve completed one or both, you could do them again, or move onto VIGOR Everyday Athlete or VIGOR Strength Athlete.

No. The app is designed for coaches to deliver specific training plans to their athletes, not to track other workouts or training sessions.
For the VIGOR Training members that take part in VIGOR Strength Athlete, and VIGOR Everyday Athlete, I do see public notes in the app. However, for those who are programs, such as VIGOR ACFT or VIGOR AIT, I don’t see them because people are all on their own schedules.
I always recommend posting questions or comments in the Facebook group. I don’t respond to one-on-one questions through Messenger or email unless someone is a member of VIGOR Training Premium. In this way, the whole group gets the benefit of the answers and discussions, and it keeps me efficient with creating new content.
With as many members as have been doing the program for the past 1-2 years, they have good advice and insights to share as well.
As of May 1, 10% of VIGOR Training monthly membership revenues are donated to the Gary Sinise Foundation to support military families.
