Welcome to the VIGOR Training!

This mini-course is designed to help you get up and running quickly.

Actually, to be more precise, it’s designed to get you going quickly. VIGOR doesn’t have much running, unless you take part in the Rags & Mud program. Anyway, you know what I mean.

I’ve created this mini-course for you, to help you:

  • Get started with the right mindset and expectations
  • Understand a little of the “how and why” of your training sessions
  • Narrow your focus on what’s critical to getting results with your nutrition
  • Succeed! If you follow the program, you will succeed. If you choose not to, or you give it an “I’ll give it a try” sort of effort, you’ll get mediocre results.
Within a few months, I hope you feel excited enough to show off your new GUNS, not because this program is about vanity, but because you took responsibility for your health and fitness, and built a body you’re proud of.
