VIGOR(ESS) Athlete-in-Training, phases 1 and 2 are designed as 12-week plans. Once you’ve completed one or both, you could do them again, or move onto VIGOR(ESS) Everyday Athlete or VIGOR(ESS) Strength Athlete.
